Information We Collect
We collect student information from our Clients, who are school districts, schools, and other educational organizations or programs that have purchased our services for the purpose of usage by the students participating in their classes or programs. The staff of these entities are provided with “Local Admin” user accounts that give them access to the information of students in their program for the purposes of managing the program, tracking tasks and activities completed by the students, and providing support services to the students. We also collect information from users when you create an account or fill out a form. When creating an account on our site, you may be asked to enter your name and email address. You may, however, visit the homepage of our site anonymously. If a Local Admin user adds location information (like a ZIP/Postal code, street address, or even just a city) into a student’s profile, we will store that information and associate it with the student’s account. We may also collect information such as school name, school district, student ID, and grade level. We use analytics tools to collect some information about your use of the Site. We use the information we get to improve the Site and to help improve your experience.
